Talent & Ops Associate

Own full-cycle recruiting for a fast-growing healthcare AI company, plus the operational glue that keeps the team running.

ABOUT THE TALENT & OPS ASSOCIATE ROLE AT GENHEALTH

GenHealth.ai is transforming the way healthcare works with AI agents that run real administrative work inside live healthcare operations. We're hiring across engineering, sales, marketing, and finance, and we need a dedicated owner for that pipeline end to end.

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Operations, you'll take over a hiring machine that already exists: AI-scored resume pipelines, structured take-home assessments with automated graders, and a university co-op program. Your job is to run it, improve it, and get leadership out of the day-to-day of scheduling, screening, and onboarding. Roughly a quarter of the role is broader operations support: conferences, onboarding logistics, and the administrative work that keeps a startup moving.

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

- Own active searches across engineering, GTM, and finance roles
- Source candidates directly through LinkedIn, Gem, Indeed, and other job boards
- Run first-round screens and write structured, decision-ready debriefs for hiring managers
- Administer take-home assessments: send them, chase them, and run our AI-assisted grading workflows
- Schedule interview panels across the team and keep every candidate moving without drops
- Run reference checks, draft offer letters for leadership review, and manage background checks through Checkr

Co-op & University Programs

- Own the Northeastern co-op relationship: postings, program communications, and each cycle's hiring class
- Triage our automated resume-scoring pipeline (200+ applications per posting) and turn scores into interview slates

Onboarding & People Ops

- Run new-hire onboarding in Rippling: I-9/E-Verify, device ordering, training compliance, and access provisioning with our security team
- Coordinate 30/60/90 plans and check-ins for new hires
- Handle employment logistics like OPT/visa paperwork and multi-state quirks, with outside support where needed

Operations Support (~25%)

- Run conference logistics: registrations, booth coordination, shipping deadlines, exhibitor passes, and swag
- Coordinate scheduling for leadership and keep recurring operational chores (tool account admin, compliance evidence collection for SOC 2) off their plates

What success looks like (first 90 days)

- Every open role has an active, measurable pipeline and leadership only joins final-stage interviews
- Candidates move from application to decision in days, not weeks, and no one falls through the cracks
- Onboarding runs end to end without escalation: signed offer to fully provisioned, trained new hire
- The next conference happens without leadership touching logistics

Requirements

- 2–5 years of recruiting experience (in-house at a startup or agency), including full-cycle ownership
- Strong writing: your candidate debriefs and outreach should be clear enough to make decisions from
- Highly organized with high-volume scheduling and follow-through; nothing gets dropped
- Comfortable using AI tools daily; our screening and assessment grading run on AI pipelines and you'll operate and improve them
- Discretion with sensitive information: compensation, offers, and employment records
- Enjoys operational work alongside recruiting; this is an execution-heavy role
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first, fast-moving environment

Nice to Have

- Experience recruiting technical roles (engineers) as well as GTM roles
- Familiarity with Rippling, Checkr, Gem, or similar tooling
- University recruiting or co-op/internship program experience
- Prior experience with AI tools like Claude Code or hands-on interest in building automations
- Healthcare or B2B SaaS startup background

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary Range: $60,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)

- Equity: Stock options

- Benefits:

- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Unlimited vacation policy
- Remote-first work environment
- Direct collaboration with the leadership team
- Ownership of the entire talent function at a fast-growing AI company
At GenHealth, we believe in building a diverse and inclusive team. We're passionate about transforming healthcare through AI and making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes worldwide.
